The software can be integrated with Klaviyo, Postscript and Attentive to create fully branded SMS and email communications that proactively provide customers with order updates to keep them informed at each stage of the delivery process. There are also tools that trigger product review requests only when an order has been delivered to the customer to ensure there are no mis-timed communications.
