The reviews function uses automation to request feedback from customers which can be used as social proof and UGC across key touch points onsite as well as marketing campaigns. The loyalty function allows merchants to build bespoke VIP rewards programs, primarily based on points accrual linked to purchases, referrals, account sign-up, and reviewing a purchase.
